MOD is home up to twenty-two independent salon professionals who individually operate their own business. Our stylists offer services such as hair, nails, facials, lashes, brows, makeup, and so much more! Click on the Suite Directory tab for more information on our outstanding beauty professionals.

Our tenants always have 24/7 access to provide their services,  while walk-ins will be accommodated between our lobby hours of 8:00am - 6:00pm.

Each suite will vary in price depending on size, location, and window option. Call us or email with any questions regarding pricing.

Yes, we require a 1 year lease. 

Absolutely! We welcome sharing the space within the capabalities of the suite you’ve chosen. You can find more information on size and suite capacity in the Modular Suites tab. In addition, we require all tenants to procure proper licensing and insurance in order to work.

We’ve made paying rent easy by setting up our tenants with a weekly or monthly automated ACH withdrawal. Weekly payments are withdrawn each Monday, and monthly payments will be withdrawn on the first of the month.
