As shown above, our innovative, one-of-a-kind multi-themed social media room is one we know you‘ll love. Upon entering the salon, your guests will be greeted with the plush elegance of our waiting area, setting the tone for soothing self-care and relaxation. Walk-ins will be welcomed by a large screen showcasing salon professionals available for a last minute service. We also understand that customers may be accompanied by an extra guest, and extend our invitation to them to join us. After all, we want everyone to enjoy the benefits of the MOD experience!

This luxurious area of our salon keeps the MOD family’s comfort in mind. Allow yourself and your guests to relax while enjoying a complimentary vitamin-infused flavored beverage from our Bevi system, or grab a health-conscious snack from our vending machines. We also include a conveniently located ATM which easily allows customers to pay the old-fashioned way.

We’ve certainly covered what we‘re doing for your clients, but what about you, the tenant? We’re glad you asked! We provide a spacious, 250 sq ft. break room furnished with a refrigerator, microwave, ample seating, and a gourmet coffee machine… ALL FOR YOU. We invite you to indulge in iced or hot specialty coffees, teas, hot chocolate, or infused water to keep you energized for your busy day. We also supply brand-new washers and dryers, laundry detergent and fabric softener to keep your linens clean. We want you to enjoy your down time, and are happy to provide a welcoming space for you to do so.   

Having issues within your suite? We offer 24/7 support for any problems that may arise on our property.  We professionally take care of all the initial plumbing and electrical hook ups to ensure proper fitment and sustainability. 

We believe that providing a clean, inviting space is essential to keeping your business looking it’s best. Our professional cleaning services disinfect all common areas, helping to maintain our high standard of cleanliness for our salon, and give you peace of mind.

We welcome you to a company that puts your safety at the very top of our priority list. Each tenant will be provided with a key-fob, personalized code, and mobile entry for easy and secure access into the salon. With a two-way intercom system integrated  into an easily downloadable mobile app, your customers can contact you directly to begin their appointment. This system ensures that only those who are familiar to your business can gain entry. We have also installed numerous security cameras with 24/7 surveillance throughout the interior and exterior of our building. Each suite includes a keyless entry lock pad activated by your own personal code to give you access into your space with no hassle. We sincerely believe that a secure environment is a successful one,  and we want our family to feel protected in every aspect of their day.
